Your Shepherd

I Myself will search for My sheep and seek them out.

Ezekiel 34:11

Today's Bible Reading:  Ezekiel 34:11-16.

God does not send someone else to find you — He comes Himself. Like a shepherd who knows every bleat and footprint of his sheep, the Lord actively seeks us out when we’ve strayed or scattered. His pursuit is personal, relentless, and full of compassion.

When life feels like a cloudy, dark day — confusing, lonely, or overwhelming — His promise still stands: "I will rescue them." Even in the shadows, He’s searching. Even in silence, He’s near. There’s no lostness too deep, no distance too far for the Good Shepherd.

So today, take heart. You are seen, sought after, and treasured by the One who never gives up on His flock. Whatever you face, you are not alone. Let His presence be your peace, and His promise your anchor. Trust Him — He’s already on the way.

Prayer: Most high God, Thank You, that You are my Shepherd. Help me to trust in Your faithfulness and find comfort in your love. Amen.
